With over 40 years of direct industry experience, we provide embroidery machine service and repair on all makes, models and vintages of commercial, computerized embroidery machines. Also certified on all Melco machines.
1) Productivity: If (a) the designs are digitized correctly, (b) the operator's skill sets are excellent and (c) the machines are tuned and serviced to factory specs, you should experience no more than one thread break per 60,000 to 100K stitches on a single head machine and no more than one thread break per 10,000 to 15K stitches on a multi-head machine. (at least 51% of the time)
2) Stitch Quality: A properly tuned and maintained embroidery machine will create registration sensitive, truly dimensional embroidery
