How to Access the NNEP Member Portal

You do not need a password to get in. The portal sends you a code instead.

1. Go to nnep.com/login and click the yellow Go To Member Portal button in the middle of the page.
2. Enter your email address — the same one this message came to — then click Login with secure code. That link sits below the green login button.
3. A window will pop up asking you to enter that same email address one more time.
4. Click the green Generate secure code button.
5. Check your email. You will get a message with a six-digit code in it, from jennifer@mail.nnep.com. It usually arrives within a minute or two.
6. Type or paste the code into the boxes on the login page, then press Enter or click the green Verify secure code button.

If the code doesn’t show up

• Look in your spam or junk folder first. That is where it goes most often, especially the first time. If you find it there, mark it as “not spam” so the next one comes straight through.
• The code expires after 15 minutes. If it has been longer than that, or if nothing has arrived after five minutes, go back to step 2 and request another one. A fresh code is sent each time, and the older one stops working.
• If it still does not arrive, email NNEP at support@nnep.com and I will sort it out. Please don’t spend twenty minutes fighting with it.

A few things worth knowing

• Your login is your email address. If it has changed since you joined, email support@nnep.com with both your old and new address and we will update your record before you try again.
• A secure code is good for one login only.
• If you would rather not set a password, or you forget the one you set, you can use Login with secure code every time and request a fresh code.
• The portal works on a phone or tablet as well as a computer.
