Refund Policy

At NNEP, we provide practical frameworks, tools, and resources designed to help embroidery and decorated apparel businesses improve profitability and performance. Because many of our products include immediate access to digital content and proprietary materials, the following refund policy applies to all purchases made through NNEP.com.

Annual Memberships: NNEP annual memberships are non-refundable once access has been granted. Upon enrollment, members receive immediate access to proprietary resources, tools, and content. For this reason, all annual membership purchases are considered final.

Members may cancel auto-renewal at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not result in a refund of the current membership term.

Monthly Products & Subscriptions: This includes programs such as monthly toolkits, content subscriptions, or other recurring resources.

First Month Only (Limited Refund Window): If you are not satisfied with your initial purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided you have not substantially accessed or downloaded the materials.

Ongoing Monthly Billing: After the first 7 days, all payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not result in a refund of prior charges. Access will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

Digital Products & Downloads: All digital products, including but not limited to:

  • guides
  • templates
  • worksheets
  • toolkits
  • downloadable resources

are non-refundable once access has been granted. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, we will ensure you receive the product.

Workshops, Trainings, and Events

Live Workshops / Trainings: Registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to a future session or converted to a recording, if available.

Recorded Trainings: All recorded and on-demand trainings are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that situations may arise that require review. Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and include:

  • your name
    • email used for purchase
    • reason for request

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in:

  • revocation of access to NNEP materials
    • suspension from current or future programs
