NNEP is the sole sponsor and administrator of all prizes listed in these Official Rules. Third-party resource contributors (Gunold/Sulky, Balboa Threadworks, Hoopmaster) are contributing resources or prizes independently and are not co-sponsors of this promotion.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Embroidery Business Benchmark & Growth Event (the “Event”) opens on June 1, 2026, and the entry window closes on June 14, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”).
Free resources made available during the Event will remain accessible through June 28, 2026, after which access will be removed.
Winners will be selected after June 14, 2026. All winner notifications will occur by private email before any public announcement. NNEP’s clock and email system records are the official timekeeping source for this promotion.
3. ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible to participate and win, you must:
Be a legal resident of the United States at the time of entry.
Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Be a current or prospective embroidery or decorated apparel business owner or operator.
Have a valid email address capable of receiving NNEP communications.
Register for the Event during the Promotion Period.
Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of NNEP, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or households, are not eligible to win prizes. NNEP reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Entry is free. No purchase is required. To enter:
Visit the Event registration page at nnep.com/giveaway during the Promotion Period.
Complete registration by providing a valid name and email address.
Complete the NNEP Pricing Diagnostic at nnep.com/diagnostic. Completing the diagnostic constitutes your entry into the prize drawing.
Completing the diagnostic is the qualifying action for prize eligibility. Participants who register but do not complete the diagnostic will have access to Event resources but will not be entered into the prize drawing.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries (same email address or same individual using multiple email addresses) will be deduplicated. In the event of a discrepancy, NNEP will reconcile entries based on submission timestamps and email records. The earliest valid submission will be retained.
Entries generated by script, bot, macro, or any automated means are void.
5. PRIZES
The following prizes are available. All prizes are awarded by NNEP unless otherwise noted.
Grand Prize — One (1) Winner
Grand Prize: One (1) reserved seat in the NNEP Pricing Intensive, a live group implementation program scheduled for August 2026.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $497
Prize is non-transferable. If the winner is unable to attend the scheduled August 2026 Intensive, NNEP will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative cohort date, but cannot guarantee availability. No cash substitution.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $1,935.00
No cash equivalent or prize substitution will be offered by NNEP, except at NNEP’s sole discretion. NNEP reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prizes have no transferable cash value. Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. NNEP does not provide tax advice.
6. WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place after June 14, 2026. All entries have an equal chance of selection.
NNEP’s decisions regarding winner selection are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION
Winners will be notified by email at the address provided at registration, within three (3) business days following the drawing.
Notification will be sent privately, before any public announcement of winners.
Winners must respond to the notification within 7 business days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this window will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Winners may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and/or a Publicity/Liability Release as a condition of prize award. Failure to return completed documents within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture.
If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. FREE RESOURCES — NOT PART OF THE PRIZE DRAWING
The following resources are available to all Event participants who complete the diagnostic, at no cost. These are not prizes and are not part of the random drawing:

Access to these resources will remain available through June 28, 2026. NNEP does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party resources and is not responsible for third-party access issues.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
NNEP reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this promotion at any time if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond NNEP’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined by NNEP in its sole discretion.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of NNEP, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
NNEP is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized human intervention; or any other errors or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human, electronic, network, printing, or otherwise.
Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, NNEP reserves the right to seek legal remedies.
Winners’ names may be used by NNEP for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
10. PRIVACY
Information collected at registration will be used to administer this promotion and to send NNEP communications relevant to the Event. By registering, participants agree to receive email communications from NNEP related to the Event, the NNEP Pricing Diagnostic, and NNEP programs and resources.
NNEP will not sell or share participant email addresses with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Third-party resource contributors will only receive participant information as required to fulfill their specific contributed resource.
Participants may unsubscribe from NNEP email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Unsubscribing will not affect eligibility for prizes already earned.
11. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this promotion, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this promotion, but in no event including attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and NNEP in connection with the promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
